Undisclosed Location - June 2011
Some problems that presented themselves in a less than obvious mannner during a Periodic Inspection of a commercial premises.
A hidden problem, this particular socket was reported as having a faulty switch, when the switch was operated the whole back was moving.
Another socket in the same building, a similar problem. It seems the back of the switch modules become brittle with age.
